When Dani Marcel paywalled his portfolio to the Rijksakademie in 2021, asking for the same fee from the school they expect from applicants, the Akademie didn’t react to the work.
This new print edition titled ‘Reply Form’ is the documentation of that experiment in blind trust and power, with each print pre printed with the artist’s address and offering another opportunity for the school to reply.
This is an open edition, starting from the day of the application until the school replies / or the end of times. Feel free to ask for a specific day when ordering. Each date only appears one, so each print is unique.
Prints are 60x60 cm and come with a stamp.
Framing is available on request.
