Terms & Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions that follow carefully. By accessing, browsing and buying from this website, you confirm acceptance to the below terms and conditions.

Introduction

These terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’) apply to the sale of a limited edition artwork or a unique artwork (the ‘Artwork’) by the artist (the ‘Artist’) from us (Kupfer Ltd) to you.

Definition of ‘limited editions’

A limited edition is a work of art which is only produced in small quantities and restricted to a specified number of units, so that each one will be valuable in the future.

Authenticity

All editions are original. The works are either signed by the artist themselves or accompanied by Certificate of Authenticity.

Orders

You can browse the available limited editions on our ‘Editions’ page. Alternatively, you can access the available editions by clicking on an artist’s name on our ‘Artists’ page.

Select the artwork you wish you to buy and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Click on checkout and enter your personal details.

Your order will be then confirmed on an email from us.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details and Kupfer Ltd will not be liable for any failure by you to provide complete and accurate information in your order.

Artwork prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

Availability

The editions displayed as available on the website are subject to stock and supply availability, and there may be some delay in updating the website with regard to the availability of artwork.

If a customer makes a purchase of an artwork that is not currently in stock, the shipping and delivery times might be longer in order for Kupfer Ltd to stock the artwork.

Title and Risk

As soon as the payment price of the artwork is received by Kupfer Ltd., you will become the legal owner of the Artwork and you will be fully responsible for the Artwork and the risk of its damage and/or loss, whether or not delivery has been made.

Copyright

Copyright of the artwork remains the property of the artist.

You may not produce any image of the artwork and may not, at any time, publish or submit for publication or reproduction of any image of the Artwork to any third party.

Return policy

As stipulated in European Regulation SI No. 484/2013 concerning consumer information, cancellation and other rights of distance contracts, if the producing partner is established in a country of the European Union (plus Iceland, Norway and Lichtenstein) and you as a buyer are a resident of one of these countries, you have the right to return the purchased item within a period of 14 days from the date of the reception of the order. No reason for the return is needed. The return shipping has to be done in the same way as the purchased item arrived – that is insured shipping through a professional carrier – and is at the expense of the buyer.

Data Protection

We may collect, hold, control, use and transmit personally identifiable information obtained from you in the course of your purchase of the Artwork. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree to such information being used in these ways and for such information to be disclosed to the Artist if you are in breach of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

Kupfer will treat all third party data in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Liability of Kupfer Ltd

Kupfer Ltd and its directors and employees exclude all liability to full extent for any loss or damage of the artwork that may result to you or any third party.
